Be on the look out on channel 2 (NBC-Dayton/Springfield) for our new commercial! With the help of WDTN producers, the making of this ad was truly a family affair. The three girls featured at the beginning of the ad are our daughters – three cousins from each of the three sisters that run Pinky Scout.
During taping it took quite a bit of effort to get the kids’ shots – it was like herding cats! They were a bit nervous and excited and being their usual silly selves. It was too cute.
The voiceover was done in one take by my sister, Julie!
The ad has been airing in the mornings – usually during the Today Show, and the girls are getting a kick out of seeing themselves on TV. Imagine taping a show on TiVo and fast-forwarding *to* the commercials!
