Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100.  Does not include large freight items such as furniture and customized drop ship orders.

The following brands are excluded from our Free Shipping Promotion:  Details, Em Tanner, Paperlili, Bratt Decor, Binky Couture.

Free Shipping offer is good within the US only.

At Pinky Scout we ship using United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS shipments use 2 to 3 day priority mail.  If you provided a valid email at checkout you will recieve a USPS tracking email to track your order.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our shipping warehouse. 

There are a few items which we offer that are shipped directly from the designers.  They are: personalized hair Clips, Smartee Pants Personalized Tees, Bratt Decor and Sheri Blum.  These items are considered special orders and will take extra time to get to you.  If you have any questions pleae call us at 1-800-319-1439.
